Kain McArthur Test Kitchen

The Education Centers / Test Kitchens, the first of its kind in the industry, feature fully operational commercial kitchens.
A readily available variety of equipment includes ventilation, refrigeration, steam equipment, fryers, ovens, broilers, disposal systems, shelving systems and holding/serving equipment. Specific equipment may be installed and demonstrated to meet the individual needs of the customer. The Education Centers / Test Kitchens seat over 50 people and are ideal for hosting seminars, demonstrations and training sessions.
